DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
When placing an order for a wedding cake we require a 50% deposit as a booking fee, this is a non refundable fee to secure the date you require and to cover the necessary cost to create your order. Final payment for wedding cakes is due no later than 8 WEEKS before the wedding date. If the final payment is not received a reminder may be sent, if no further payment is made Scrumptious Creams will consider the order cancelled and the deposit lost.
For all celebration cake, treat and cupcake orders a 50% deposit is also required (unless otherwise agreed). all deposits are non refundable and final payment will be due 1 WEEK before order date (unless otherwise agreed).
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Deposits and full payments can be made via bank transfer and card transactions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the customer:
If the order is cancelled your deposit is non refundable, payment is required for all expenses already incurred on behalf of the finished product. If you cancel within 6 months of the date 50% of the remaining payment will be invoiced.
If you cancel within 3 months of the date 75% of the remaining payment will be invoiced. This is to cover monies lost as Scrumptious Creams would have turned away other business for your order as its very unlikely we could fill the date with such short notice. If you cancel within 1 month of the date full payment will be retained.
Cancellation by Scrumptious Creams:
All monies are refundable to the customer if Scrumptious Creams cancels.
POSTPONEMENT & AMENDMENT POLICY
In the event that you wish to postpone your wedding please let us know as soon as possible, your previous booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be transferred to your new order date. This order will be subject to any price increase since the original order was made if full payment has not been received.
In the event that you wish to amend your wedding order, please note this will be a one off agreed amendment between both parties Scrumptious Creams and yourself, all costs will be amended according to order and based on a time period of 6-12 weeks notice.
ALL REQUESTED AMENDMENTS ARE AT SCRUMPTIOUS CREAMS DISCRETION.
If Scrumptious Creams is unable to provide a service for the postponed date, your order is subject to the Deposit and payment policy, whereby your 50% deposit is non refundable and all remaining monies will be refunded to the customer.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
All baked and non baked items to be kept in a cool dry space.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?
Yes, Scrumptious Creams provides gluten-free and diary-free recipes.
DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?
Yes, but not all of Scrumptious Creams’ recipes are, so please contact to discuss your requirements.
